This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the Universityrsquos IT project roadmap and provide guidance to leaders across our institution. As a Portfolio Project Manager for OITrsquos Infrastructure Production line, you will work closely with a highly integrated team of IT Infrastructure leaders to provide focus on strategic planning and prioritization in support of long term infrastructure goals and roadmaps. You will also help champion a culture of project efficiency and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of University scale projects. Experience with information technologies is required. Those with a strong desire to learn about enterprise infrastructure and contribute to strategic decision making are encouraged to apply. Free disability insurance. Annual merit increase program. 8203 Job Responsibilities Serve as a collaborative adviser in the prioritization and coordination of enterprise-wide change initiatives. Provide decision-making support and guidance to University IT leadership. Operate with a high degree of autonomy and serve as a leader within cross-functional teams composed of multiple collegiate units. Provide influence to direct and guide work efforts. Manage effective relationships and work in partnership with IT leadership, team members, and 3rd party vendors. Required Qualifications Bachelorrsquos degree and 4 years of related experience or a comparable combination of education, experience, andor training. Prior experience managing medium to large sized projects. Experience working with information technology or software development teams. Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple work teams to drive success. Comfort with navigating ambiguity and utilizing data to guide decision making. Demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with diverse technology platforms. Experience working in a large, distributed organization.
