Aboutthe role:

The Marketing AutomationManager,Digital Account Based Marketing is responsible fordriving forward Boston Scientifics data-driven marketingcapabilities on the Salesforce platform. They will have provenexperience taking marketing objectives and strategies anddelivering the technology solutions in Salesforce to achieve andexecute them.

As amember of the Global Brand and Integrated Marketing Communicationdepartment, reporting to the Head of Digital Account BasedMarketing, the Marketing Automation Manager will design and managedeployment of solutions that automate digital marketingcapabilities within Salesforce and other technologies in BSCstech-stack to execute digital Account Based Marketing programs,advanced demand generation capabilities, and lead generation andnurturing at scale.

Thisrole also drives planning of innovative new journey-based digitalmarketing campaigns in concert with Digital Marketing Managers,Sales leaders, and other stakeholders. They will use insights fromcampaigns to create case examples and presentations, educatingcross-functional stakeholder teams on the potential role of digitalaccount based marketing, marketing automation, data-drivenmarketing campaigns, and other technology-focused capabilities thatsupport business unit marketing objectives. They will also supportthe execution of campaigns using newly created Sales Cloud andMarketing Cloud functionality in partnership with BU digitalmarketing teams, while training them how to self-serve in thefuture.

Yourresponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Designssolutions that optimize Sales Cloud functionality, its dataconnections with Marketing Cloud, and features within MarketingClouds suite of products
  • Leads consultativeengagements with stakeholders while informing them of strategicresourcing implications of functionalitychoices
  • Delivers strategic recommendations onnovel approaches, dependencies, level of effort / scoping, andtiming that are clearly articulated to allaudiences
  • Utilizes a blend of automationmarketing, data administration/management and Salesforceimplementation and management experience to provide nuanced andcomplex recommendations to disparate business unitneeds
  • Uses an expert knowledge of currentSalesforce applications and product lines, including the knowledgeneeded to implement multiple applications in common customerscenarios
  • Anticipates and mitigates risk, meetsand manages customer expectations, increases customer confidence,manages solution delivery and any issues that arise, andprioritizes and escalatesappropriately
  • Connects data between SalesforceMarketing Cloud and Sales Cloud using SQL, data extensions, andother methods
  • Acts in a Product Owner role forthe full project lifecycle of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloudimplementations in an agileenvironment
  • Partners with digital marketingstrategists and producers to plan, execute, and report on campaignsutilizing new capabilities onSalesforce
  • Consults and supports the creationand curation of deep customer segmentation strategy and manages thedatabase from a technical perspective to ensure strong dataintegrity and clean data
  • Creates and presentseducation and training on new marketing capabilities inSalesforce
  • Whatwere looking for in you:

    BasicQualifications

  • 5+ years of experienceas a senior business analyst for Salesforce implementations as aconsultant or internal product owner
  • Bachelorsdegrees
  • Expert knowledge of utilizing theSalesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and othersolutions) for advanced marketingcampaigns.
  • Solid understanding of datamanagement and database concepts
  • Strongbusiness case/user story development and implementationexperience
  • Salesforce Certified Sales CloudConsultant or similar credentials stronglypreferred
  • Salesforce development experience aplus
  • Familiarity with the customer onlinepurchasing journey and experience planning and executing digitalmarketing campaigns that align to thatjourney
  • PreferredQualifications

  • Masters degree inCommunications, Marketing, Digital, Business or other relevantfield
  • Experience collaborating with ageographically dispersed network of peers andstakeholders
